Solara Solutions was built by behavioral health operators who saw firsthand how fragile growth becomes when recruiting, staffing, and internal processes are built reactively instead of intentionally.
We partner with treatment programs, therapy practices, and healthcare organizations to design and implement the people-side infrastructure that supports sustainable growth. Our work focuses on recruiting strategy, hiring systems, onboarding, role clarity, and internal workflows—areas that are often informal, inconsistent, or overly dependent on a few key individuals.
Solara is not a software company. We don’t sell platforms for the sake of selling tools. We sell the convenience and expertise of knowing how to make strong hires and how to build processes that allow good people to succeed once they’re in the door.

Dan specializes in helping companies build strong, purpose-driven teams and achieve sustainable sales growth through clarity, structure, and culture. His approach combines strategic planning with hands-on coaching to align leadership goals with measurable results.
He earned his Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, with a minor in Communication and Marketing, from York College of Pennsylvania. It was there that he discovered his passion for connecting people, developing talent, and building collaborative environments that lead to success.
Today, Dan continues to work with leaders and organizations across industries to strengthen their teams, improve performance, and unlock their full potential.
